First Choice is committed to:

  • Responding to telephone calls within two working days
  • Responding to all letters within 10 working days
  • Responding to all complaints within five working days
  • Following all procedures within First Choice policies and procedures
  • Holding an annual review day for staff and management committee members to study First Choice’s work priorities and service-user feedback
  • Reviewing all quality standards annually
